Tray works well and no concerns. Missing scoop in order. However, this was promptly dealt with and received very quickly after.

Fabulous litter tray system, so easy to deal with and remove the waste. Odours are contained so well that I only really smell the wooden pellets. Kittens have been using this since they arrived and we’ve never had any trouble with it - would recommend to anyone!
